  • Technical equipment held by En–Knap and available on agreed dates;
  • Support with project promotion;
  • Space for rehearsals and other activities, subject to availability and prior agreement.

Event spaces:

  • Main Hall: 359 seats, including 82 balcony seats, with a stage measuring 16 × 14 metres.
  • Small Hall: Up to 50 seats, with a stage measuring 6 × 6 metres. This multipurpose space can also be used as a rehearsal studio, a venue for talks and screenings, or a dressing room for larger events.

  • Reading Room and Media Library: Suitable for smaller events accommodating up to 40 visitors. Set apart from the bustle of the café, these spaces are particularly suited to seminars, talks, literary evenings and roundtable discussions.

Please submit a completed application form describing the concepts of your proposed projects in detail. Current programme partners who have already submitted a declaration of participation are also asked to complete the form again and present the programme they intend to deliver at Španski Borci Cultural Centre in 2027.

Programme partners are responsible for securing all funding required for their projects, including the costs of presenting them at Španski borci. These costs include technical staff, standard cleaning before and after the event, front-of-house staff, building security and fire safety, box-office services and advance and on-site ticket sales during regular box-office hours, depreciation of technical equipment, and a share of maintenance costs.

Charges are calculated according to the publicly available schedule of costs.

Please download the application form and schedule of costs using the links below and email the completed application to katja.gabrijelcic@en-knap.com by 3 November 2026, inclusive. Late applications cannot be accepted and will not be considered for programme selection.

Applicants will be notified of the selection of programme partners for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2027 no later than 10 November 2026.
